Rental Policy
At Ge-Dias Events, we are committed to providing high-quality event rentals to our clients. The following rental policy outlines the terms and conditions of renting equipment and services from us.1. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date and time of delivery or pickup and ends on the date and time of return. Rentals are typically for a 24-hour period, unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to the event date. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date will not receive a refund.
4. Equipment Use and Care
Renters are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of equipment. Equipment should be returned in the same condition as received, minus normal wear and tear.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available at an additional cost. Renters are responsible for ensuring that equipment is accessible for pickup.
6. Liability
Ge-Dias Events is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of equipment. Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment.
7. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure
Ge-Dias Events is not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or power outages.
9. Governing Law
This rental policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. By renting equipment or services from Ge-Dias Events, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
